Regina Ski Club Ambassadors Needed at White Butte Trails
The Regina Ski Club volunteer ambassador program at White Butte Trails benefits trail management during weekend high volume traffic. However , with no volunteers this season so far, the program is in danger of being discontinued. RSC is therefore searching for 6-8 WBT volunteer ambassadors for the 1-3 pm weekend time period.
Duties are as follows:
– Provide RSC presence at trailhead
– Wear RSC high visibility vest
– Direct traffic to designated trails (skiing, walking, dogs, fat bikes, snowshoes etc)
– Promote new SW parking lot expansion & sheltered walking/dog trail.
– Promote RSC donations & membership.
– Open/close shelter
– Light fire in shelter on cold days
