Skate Ski Primer – Course #4

A 90 minute intro course for those new to skate (freestyle) skiing or those wanting an understanding of the fundamentals of the skating motion on skis. Covers basic skate techniques – free skate, one skate, two skate and offset. You will need your own skate skis or rentals for this course. Suitable for those with previous Classic experience or those who have competency in other gliding snow sports such as Ice Skating, Alpine or Snowboarding.
