This is an amalgamation of Learn to Classic Ski #1 and #2 due to poor snow conditions in December
These classes are FULL
Nordic Adult Lessons – three 60 minute sessions Jan 9, 10 & 11 for $75 total
May be held at Kinsmen Park South or the Sask Science Centre ski trails
Introduction to the basic classic style cross country ski techniques
Suitable for those who have never skied before or have had no formal instruction
Learn about – waxing theory, basic diagonal stride techniques, including balance and weight transfer, double poling, herringbone and snow plow, turning and stopping.
