Nordic Adult Lesson – three 90 minute sessions, once per week, Jan 11, 18 & 25 for $100 total –

May be held at Kinsmen Park South or the Science Centre ski trails
Skill improvement for skiers interested in understanding and applying the principle of efficient motion on skis.
Course includes review of the basics and work on advanced skate / freestyle technique.
