We are delighted that Ken Schykulski, an experienced level 3 CANSI instructor, was available to present a free online introduction to Nordic skiing to club members on Monday March 8.
He used instructive stop-action video to cover the basics of the classic technique, such as recovering from a fall, diagonal stride, double-poling, uphill and downhill techniques. Afterwards he answered several questions from participants.
