The style (classic or skate)\, the exact time\, and location will be determined based on skiing conditions forecast for February 19. These will be announced here and on our Facebook page closer to the race date. \nAs with Wednesday Night Races\, this race is offered to provide local racing opportunities for both competitive and recreational Nordic skiers of all ages. All Regina Ski Club members are welcome to participate\, free of charge\, regardless of age\, skiing experience\, or ability. \n\nDetails of this race will be posted on the Regina Ski Club Facebook Page. It will be a classic race. Options are 3 or 6 laps (roughly 3.25km per lap). Race start is at 9 am. \n\nA few things to note:\n-You do not need to be a member of QVN to race. Note that the QVN trails are pretty sweet and well groomed\, so I encourage everyone to become members.\n-QVN requires proof of vaccine or a negative covid test to ski on their trails\, so this will need to be provided to organizer Sandy Bain before the race.\n\nAs with Wednesday Night Races\, this race is offered to provide local racing opportunities for both competitive and recreational Nordic skiers of all ages. All Regina Ski Club members are welcome to participate\, free of charge\, regardless of age\, skiing experience\, or ability. \n\nDetails of this race will be posted on the Regina Ski Club Facebook Page.
