Note with the warm temperatures this week\, we may have to cancel the race if the snow is too soft (we don’t want to damage the ski trail). Host Sandy Bain will post on Wednesday at noon if the race is going to be cancelled. \nWednesday Night Races provide local racing opportunities to both competitive and recreational Nordic skiers of all ages. Every week from early December to early March\, weather permitting\, the Regina Ski Club holds a Wednesday Night Race at one of the half dozen ski trails in Regina. Races may feature classic style or freestyle skiing. Note that the QVN trails are pretty sweet and well groomed\, so I encourage everyone to become members.\n-QVN requires proof of vaccine or a negative covid test to ski on their trails\, so this will need to be provided to organizer Sandy Bain before the race.\n\nAs with Wednesday Night Races\, this race is offered to provide local racing opportunities for both competitive and recreational Nordic skiers of all ages.
